The UKCO Programme Committee are pleased to announce the draft programme for ASO’s 5th UK Congress on Obesity is now available.
UKCO2018 takes place on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th of September at Newcastle University. This year, ASO has been working in collaboration with Fuse, the.Centre for Translational Research in Public Health to develop the programme.
The programme aims to provide informative, high-quality, evidence-based sessions with speakers who are among the leaders of obesity research, clinical practice and public health in the UK and Europe. The programme will consist of plenary lectures, symposia and workshops. There will also be opportunities for delegates to submit abstracts for poster or oral presentation.
Further information on UKCO2018 is available on the UKCO event page. Please save the 6th and 7th of September 2018 in your diary. All sessions will take place in Newcastle University's historic Armstrong Building where Dr Martin Luther King received his honorary degree in November 1967.
